Connector actions deactivated in Power Platform admin center DLP policy

Sometimes it happens (especially in new tenants) that the menu entry “Connector actions” is deactivated if you want to create a DLP policy in the Power Platform admin center: This usually happens if the account that tries to use a connector in a DLP policy never had some kind of Power Platform license assigned.
